This fantastic property offers a comfortable stay within the Cathedral City of Ripon and is located within a stone’s throw of the Market Place with its charming narrow cobbled streets and historic buildings. This lovely mid-terraced property has had all the love and attention it deserves, and has been finished to a high standard, providing you with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay in Ripon perfect.
You enter the property into the kitchen on the ground floor, from the small courtyard at the back of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs including a great fold away breakfast bar providing an ideal place for you to enjoy your breakfast. The ground floor also offers a lovely, comfy living area with a charming gas fireplace for those cold wintery nights.
On the first floor there are two good-sized double bedrooms and bathroom which offers a gorgeous walk-in shower, underfloor heating along with a heated towel rail. To the back of the property, is a delightful little courtyard with a table and 4 chairs giving you a great place to have a drink al fresco.
The cottage is situated just off Kirkgate which is lined with restaurants, cafés, local pubs and gift shops; Kirkgate connects the Market Place to the historic cathedral. The cottage is also well placed for walking and exploring the Yorkshire Dales, whilst the spa town of Harrogate, Fountains Abbey, RHS Garden Harlow Carr and Studley Royal are just a short drive away. After losing my earring on the bed, we pulled out the bed and it was disgusting, not been cleaned for months, I did try contacting the owner and got nothing back, after our holiday I striped the bed so it was easy for them, there was urine stains on the mattress cover, I have stayed in this cottage before and it was beautiful, so I don't no what as happened
