This charming Masham holiday home is ideally located for the town centre and the twice weekly market, plus other amenities within a short stroll include the Theakston and Black Sheep visitor centres, Vennell's award-winning restaurant, Black Sheep Bistro and a choice of good pubs. There is also great walking and cycling from the doorstep and the market towns of Richmond, Leyburn and Hawes are within easy reach, as are the
beautiful abbeys of Fountains and Jervaulx. The area is packed with things to do and places to visit with the popular towns of Ripon and Harrogate within driving distance. A delightful cottage for a holiday whatever the time of year.
The historic market town of Masham in North Yorkshire rests in the lower reaches of Wensleydale along the River Ure. Well equipped with everything you need. The furniture in the lounge is not as advertised, however there was only me and my poodle so it was fine. Just one small 'irk' was the shower. The first time I used it I tried to alter the height and the bar came off in my hand
