The coach house was clean but in desperate need of some updating. Blinds falling apart in the bedroom and wallpaper starting to peel off the wall from maybe a previous leak! The tv remotes only worked when they wanted to! Kitchen was fully equipped and a nice little welcome basket of wine and chocolate. Very disappointed with no direct access to the back garden as our dog loves to be outside. Courtyard out the front was not secure so couldn’t let her roam free. Very picturesque surroundings but unfortunately not a lot to do apart from walking which would usually suit us but with it being so hot made it difficult. However having the river on our doorstep was brilliant.

Excellent house ideal for our group of 5/6 women. Lovely to have enough comfy chairs to enjoy in the evening and large breakfast table in the morning. Enjoyed the small outdoor area. Great to have cafe within a few minutes walk and several pubs in Reeth a 10 minute walk away and 1 in grinton only 8 mins .

Had a few minor issues that have been mentioned in previous reviews, could do with a down stairs toilet. Nice welcome pack on arrival.
