Sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of the Yorkshire Wolds from the comfort of Award Winning Pheasant Roost in the hot tub. Kitted out to the height of luxury, this cosy pod allows you to enjoy the great outdoors without compromising on comfort and style.

Pheasant Roost is a wonderfully designed pod, with even more wonderful views! Inside, the open-plan living space, with underfloor heating throughout, has a well-equipped kitchenette with a double gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The dining area has a small table and seating for up to four guests along with a sitting area with Freeview television and a sofa which conveniently converts to a bed if required (see Additional Information for details regarding extra guests). A comfy double bed is made up with cotton linen and the en-suite contains a shower, wash basin and WC.

There is hot water and electricity throughout the pod, along with WiFi. If cooking alfresco is your thing, then head outside to the seating area with lovely rattan furniture and light up the firepit and barbecue, or sit and watch the sun set over the hills on the decking. Pheasant Roost is the perfect place to re-charge your batteries under the stars in comfort.

Situated in a large meadow with just two other stylish pods, there's ample space from its two neighbouring pods, The Vale View and The Beehive.

Additional Information:

Two well behaved dogs welcome for a small additional charge of £10 per dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead.

An extra adult can be added for an additional charge of £20.

An extra child can be added for an additional charge of £10.

Travel cots can be hired at £15 a stay.

Barbecues, charcoal, fire packages, meat feasts, farm produce, food essentials etc can all be purchased on-site.

Parking is in the dedicated parking area to the side of the meadow.

Hot tub under cover
