About this property
Relax and take in the beautiful panoramic landscape of the Yorkshire Wolds from the comfort of the bubbling hot tub at the award winning Pheasant Roost. Kitted out to the height of luxury, this cosy pod allows you to enjoy the great outdoors without compromising on comfort and style.
Awarded a Visit England Gold Award in April 2021, Pheasant Roost is a wonderfully designed pod boasting magnificent views!
Inside, the open-plan living space features underfloor heating throughout. A well-equipped kitchenette offers a double gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
The dining area has a small table seating for up to four guests, and the sitting area provides Freeview television, Wifi and a sofa that conveniently converts to a bed accommodating a total of four people if required. Please see additional information for details regarding extra guests.
The en suite contains a shower, wash basin and WC. There is hot water and electricity throughout the pod, as well as all important Wifi.
If cooking al fresco is your thing, then head outside to light up the firepit and barbecue. Gather around the seating area featuring lovely rattan furniture, or sit and watch the sun set over the hills from the decking. Exuding comfort, Pheasant Roost is the perfect place to recharge your batteries under the stars.
Situated in a large meadow, Pheasant Roost enjoys ample space away from two other stylish pods, The Vale View and The Beehive.
Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome for £10 per dog. Dogs must be kept on leads.
A sofa bed is available when needed to accommodate one adult or two children.
Extra adult can be added for an additional charge of £20.
Extra child can be added for an additional charge of £10.
Travel cots available to hire for £15.
The owners may consider a one night stay Sunday to Thursday. Please call or email to enquire.
Barbecues, charcoal and fire packages can be purchased on-site
A £100.00 holding fee is required by the property to cover any potential damages during your stay. This will be arranged directly with the owner.
