The property is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the holiday village pub, cafe and pharmacist, while a pleasant stroll brings you to a long and golden beach where children can paddle and build sandcastles and you can walk for miles. Surrounded by extensive communal grounds, with picnic areas and two lakes, it has a host of outdoor activities to partake in, including fishing, tennis and bike hire. Guests are able to book scuba diving, archery and fencing lessons, whilst the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room will be a big hit with everyone. Close by, the quaint seaside resort of Filey is a delight, with two fine promenades, lovely ornamental gardens and a unique coble landing for fishing vessels.

Explore Filey Brigg with its rock pools, take a breathtaking clifftop walk with panoramic views, or visit the animal park. Nearby Bempton RSPB reserve is well worth visiting - especially in the summer months, to see the puffins, kittiwakes and gannets, whilst culture lovers will enjoy the surrounding stately homes, such as Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall and Burton Agnes Hall.
