About this property

A beautiful Silver Grade, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom caravan situated on the Spruce Ridge part of the park, with a lovely, slight sea view on a clear day, and grassy areas for children to play games, fly kites, have picnics and more. There is a small decking area to the front.

The living room has a large U shaped sofa and an electric fire. We also have have Wifi and a Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Prime.

The kitchen has all amenities including cutlery, plates, pans, oven with a hob, air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a full size fridge freezer. The kitchen also benefits from a lovely breakfast bar, and to the side connecting onto the kitchen is a lovely dining area with a table for 6.

The caravan has three bedrooms, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite with a double shower. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes in each.

Quilts and pillows are provided for all the beds with bed linen made up for your arrival.

There are 2 bathrooms, one communal bathroom with a toilet, sink and single shower, one en-suite with a toilet, sink and double shower.

We do allow 1 small well behaved pet for an additional cost of £25.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price and can be purchased at the reception.
