Molly’s Place can be found on a quiet side street just a two-minute walk from the beach within the pretty seaside town of Filey on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. This pet friendly holiday home is perfect for couples or a small family wishing to enjoy a seaside break. It offers comfortable accommodation throughout with a separate dining room, living room with two deep filled sofas and a Smart TV and a galley style kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine and slow cooker. There is plenty of work top space for preparing a hearty Yorkshire breakfast before heading out for the day or perhaps a delicious picnic to enjoy on the beach. Continue on through the kitchen to the house bathroom which offers a bath with shower over. Retire on an evening to the first floor and find two very pretty bedrooms, a king-size double with dual windows and a twin room. Both bedrooms offer bed knob and broomstick style beds and lovely soft furnishings. From the kitchen step outside into the enclosed courtyard where you’ll find additional seating and a storage box with beach chairs and beach toys which have been provided by the owner for your enjoyment. There is even a charcoal BBQ for the warmer summer months.
With its glorious sweep of soft, golden sand, Filey beach is one of the best in the country for families; it’s so huge that, no matter how busy it gets, it’s never crowded! The beach is the perfect place to take a walk, fly a kite, build a sandcastle, snooze in a deckchair, or maybe do a spot of birdwatching on Filey Brigg and the town centre offers a plethora of tea rooms, restaurants and pubs as well as a host of convenience stores and independent shops. Further up the coast are the bustling harbour towns of Bridlington and Scarborough.
Enjoy a day visiting rspb Bempton Cliffs or head off inland and enjoy the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. Enjoy exploring the stately homes of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and the iconic Castle Howard. The North Yorkshire Moors National Park is under an hour’s drive away and the historic walled City of York is just waiting to be explored. Molly’s Place is an ideal base for your Yorkshire holiday.

Great holiday let. The house has everything you need including a little welcome pack! The beds were really comfy and the rooms were spacious. Minutes from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!
