Our beautiful 3 bedroomed, caravan is situated on Rose View which has amazing sea views, with views of Filey Bay to the north and Flamborough Head to the south. Rose View lies 2 minutes from the beach path and 1 minute from the main complex. Our pitch has one of the best views on Primrose Valley!

Our caravan is double-glazed and centrally heated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated fridge freezer, full-sized cooker and a microwave, There is a lovely dining table which is open plan to the kitchen, making it feel large, bright and airy. The lounge is stunning with three-seater sofa bed and two-seater sofas. There is a flat-screen smart TV . From the lounge there are patio doors which lead onto a large wrap-around, gated deck, perfect for the warm summer evenings.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double, with fitted wardrobe, dressing table, an en-suite wc, TV and hairdryer, ( the master bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a travel cot if required) There are two twin bedrooms which have TVs and a wardrobe. There is also a main shower room which makes it perfect for a family holiday. Water, gas, electricity and WiFi are included in the price of your holiday and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

We do not supply towels.

Our caravan is family owned and we have a strict no-smoking rule. There are 2 parking spaces next to our caravan.

Funworks passes, if required, may be purchased at the check-in reception when you arrive. Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 10 am.
