Guests say
Sycamore Lodge at Graffitoe Farm receives glowing feedback for its immaculate cleanliness, well-equipped and comfortable pods, and peaceful rural setting. Guests particularly enjoy the private hot tubs, friendly farm animals, and proximity to local attractions such as Filey, Bridlington, and Scarborough. The hosts are frequently praised for their warm welcome and helpfulness. Minor issues, such as occasional maintenance needs and rare cleaning oversights, are mentioned but do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. The property is highly recommended for families, couples, and dog owners seeking a relaxing countryside retreat.
The majority of guests describe the accommodation as spotlessly clean and well-presented. Only a couple of reviews mention minor cleaning oversights, such as unwashed plates or a leftover glass, but these are rare exceptions.
The property is praised for its peaceful, rural setting with easy access to beaches and local attractions. Some guests note the approach road and signage could be clearer, but overall the location is considered excellent for exploring the area.
Guests consistently highlight the comfort of the pods, noting they are spacious, cosy, and well-designed. The beds and showers receive specific praise, and the private, quiet atmosphere adds to the relaxing experience.
Facilities such as the hot tub, kitchen equipment, and outdoor spaces are highly rated. A few minor issues are mentioned, such as a non-working hob or partial hot tub jets, but these are addressed promptly by the hosts and do not significantly impact the overall experience.
Guests appreciate the hosts' attention to detail, including helpful communication, local recommendations, and festive touches. While some mention small gifts or extras (like honey from the farm shop), it should be noted that such gestures are not guaranteed for every stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Graffitoe Farm. The pod was exactly as pictured and very private - although there was 5 pods they all faced away from each other. The hot tub was lovely and the little decking nice to sit out on. Everything was provided that was needed and we loved it. Enjoyed walking round to see the animals and the wildflowers. We were close to Filey and Bridlington and Scarborough were not far away at all. Visited Thornwick Bay as recommended by a friend - beautiful. Would 100% recommend Graffitoe Farm - it was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back.
