Beds not made and dirty bedding left in bath. The lady that we phoned about it was brilliant and came around as soon as she could to rectify the situation, don’t know her name

. the cottage extremely clean and tidy. The owners were kind enough to sort out another permit. Which helped immensely . Location was fantastic. Short walk to sainsbury's and falsgrave road. Unfortunately they where some negatives. .. the list of supplies that where supposed to be in the property no hand wash , no milk , no toilet cleaner 1 loo roll left. No shower gel/ shampoo. supplies that was there was very minimal Also oven had not been cleaned. Still grease on the baking tray. And it smoked when you switched it on . Then had to buy cleaner to try and clean it. Sink plug faulty.( Slow leak ). And No wash up bowl. And 1:tea towel left. Such a pity and everything else was really good.
