A very good cottage on the edge of the Forestry Commission Land approximately 10 miles from Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Walked a lot of Broxa Forest, never covering the same route twice, Dogs loved the roaming and exploring! Friendly small collection of houses / cottages & Farm. If you want peace and quiet, this is an ideal starting place to consider, though it is about 10 mins back down the road to the nearest shop.Loads to do in the area, Dalby Forest, NYMR particularly Grosmont & Goathland (Heatbeat), Scarborough and our favourite - Robin Hood's Bay. Our second visit to the area and we will be back again soon.
