Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with garden furniture. No smoking.. Inside, a decorative fireplace and generous front window make the main living space welcoming after days exploring the coast. The house feels spacious and relaxed, with characterful furnishings and several pieces thoughtfully restored and upcycled for a bohemian touch. A well equipped kitchen keeps mealtimes easy, while the top floor offers a second lounge with board games and yoga mats where everyone can spread out. Outside, a superb raised seating area with astroturf lets you sit up among the flowers and chat about the day. From here it is around a twenty-minute stroll to the sand, or a short walk to join the Cinder Track for longer walking and cycling adventures.
Please note this is a Victorian, 3 storey house. It has 4 staircases and perhaps not suitable for those with mobility /accessibility challenges.

The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay but a few minor issues were - no kitchen hand towel, no pan scourer, no hand soap in the kitchen and the dish cloth supplied smelt. In all the cottages we have stayed at (probably more than 30) these items were supplied.

This house was a delight. A home from home with comfort its top priority. Fully equipped for any family requirement and very central to explore Scarborough and Yorkshire. Great for pets, kids and teenagers!
