In the historic seaside resort town of Scarborough, on a street looking out to sea, you’ll find Royal Victoria House in all its grandeur and glory—an incredible mid-terrace home set across four floors. Perfect for a large family, a group of friends, or perhaps a mix of both, it comfortably sleeps fifteen guests within seven bedrooms and is just minutes from the sea on foot. Step inside the lofty hallway, where your eyes are drawn upwards to the feature lampshade, soaring ceilings, and an overall aura of elegance. On the ground floor, the inviting sitting room to the front is styled in soft, neutral tones with a Smart TV, a huge corner sofa, and a gas fire set within an ornate fireplace, all framed by tall bay windows.

The house was huge very clean and comfortable everything in the house you could want or need. The house was well layed out comfortable and warm will definitely recommend the house to friends and family. Short walk to the beach and town centre managed to park our cars close to the house. Thank you for a lovely stay made the birthday treat special.

The house is huge and has original features, high ceilings and is very cosy. Well stocked in the kitchen, great hot tub, comfortable beds which provided a great sleep. Lovely bath and shower in the first floor bathroom and from other bathrooms according to family members, lots of space for all fourteen of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. Location is great with a short walk to the beach and the main town and also a quick walk to local shops. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a Scarborough break and will keep in mind for the future.
