Situated in Whitby, on the coast of North Yorkshire, is this delightful second-floor apartment. The property retains some of its original features such as the high ceilings, but has been tastefully decorated to provide a warm and contemporary base for couples seeking a coastal break to this popular seaside town. Enter into the spacious sitting room, benefitting from views across towards Whitby Abbey and the harbour; curl up on the provided seating and unwind into the evening. Resting adjacent is a modern kitchen which houses all the necessary appliances for a week-long break. The property has a double bedroom which has plenty of furniture for storing your personal items and bedside tables and lamps for some late night reading.
Walk through to the en-suite bathroom so you can take a bath with shower over to prepare for your day. Wihtby is an excellent base for touring the very best of North Yorkshire's coast. Make sure you visit the magnificent historic Whitby Abbey, said to have been the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula, whilst the 199 steps challenges even the athletic to reach the top without stopping! Sport enthusiasts will delight in Whitby Golf Club with courses to suit all ages and skills, whilst Whitby Beach is ideal for a lazy afternoon on the golden sands. Further afield, the North York Moors National Park gives access to a large number of country sites for long walks and cycling opportunities. Abbey Vista is ideal for a couple to enjoy the town and explore the local area.

It's in a perfect location to explore Whitby. We stayed for a week. The Owners contacted us to say we could go in a day earlier at no extra charge, which was nice. Unfortunately we couldn't make it but we managed to have access to the property earlier on the day . The place is lovely, it's spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there. Nice touch having milk, biscuits and wine on arrival. WiFi is excellent and having to work during the day was made so much easier with this Overall this is a place we will return to in the future. The owners are in contact and very approachable should there be any issues. Excellent place to stay and see Whitby

We came with our little girl during the horrible storm so we stayed in abbey vista most of the time and thank god this is the apartment we booked!! Lovely and clean, you literally have everything you need. We had a slight problem with the electric cutting off because of the storm getting an outside light but Stuart came straight away fixed to problem and we was back into a nice warm apartment. Nice little touch giving you a bottle of wine, biscuits and even milk to get you started. Would 100% recommend and we even managed to get engaged during our stay at Abbey Vista so definitely a trip to remember and not just because of the 90mph wind!! Thank you to both owners who really do think about their guests. I never ever do reviews but this one needed one so hopefully see you again soon!

Beautifully maintained and clean. Location is ideal for exploring Whitby and the parking permit is a welcome addition. We would definitely stay there again.
