Clean, comfortable and the hot tub was great. It's really close to whitby and just next door to the park and ride, too. The onsite pub did really good food and were great with dogs.

TV guide did not work despite trying to tune the tv in so had to project my sky plus. Needs more refinement like champagne glasses, better milk and a coffee machine like most others provide these days. Privacy around hot tub could be greatly improved and the outside expel air covers need to be replaced with insect fixed grid rather than the flap vents as they bang with the wind. Front door had to be slammed to shut.
