Furnished and equipped to a very good standard the house boasts three bathrooms, enabling both couples and families to make the best use of this holiday home. It enjoys commanding views across the spectacular surrounding countryside. There is excellent walking around the property and easy access to the moors, better known as Heartbeat Country. A steam train leaves from Glaisdale railway station in the summer providing transport to Whitby and forms part of the North York Moors Steam Railway. You are within a short distance of Whitby, with horse riding, fishing, sailing and bird watching to be enjoyed. Shop 0.25 miles, pub and restaurant 1.25 miles.

Limber view is a wonderful house and our party of 6 adults, an 8 year old child and 2 dogs had amble room to relax and enjoy our visit. The house was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of character and charm. The kitchen and dining room were superb for cooking and lingering over family meals and the lounge was a fantastic place to spend the evening in front of the wood burner playing games and laughing. Although the location felt quite remote, there were enjoyable local walks fromthe house and Whitby and the areas other attractions were also within easy reach by car. We would love to stay at Limber View again in the future.

What a fantastic holiday we had in Glaisdale at this lovely cottage. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs staying at Limber View, which had everything we needed for a fabulous week away (including plenty of family board games to choose from!). The garden at the back of the cottage was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed bird watching with our morning cups of tea. However the log burning fire was the highlight of our stay! It was the perfect location for gorgeous walks with our dogs, with nearby visits to Whitby, Goathland and Grosmont being a real treat. For the price especially we will definitely be back - couldn’t fault it!
