I would really recommend it for everyone. Just be aware that it isn’t squeaky clean, which is perfectly normal for a cottage. The road is steep keep this in mind when booking.

Sarah is a wonderful host, very approachable and friendly. The cottage is gorgeous - not fancy, but just really lovely and homely and comfortable. The views across to the Fryup dales are out of this world and the whole area is beautiful. So much bird life around. We enjoyed watching the swallows and the thrush and blackbirds which seem to be nesting in the bush outside the cottage. A very special place.

Our dog (Ollie) had the time of his life chasing rabbits. The cottage contained everything one needs for a comfortable stay and the host, Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you.
