My wife and I have recently returned from a week's holiday in this cottage.On first impressions the cottage looked clean .On closer inspection we found plaster and paint peeling off the walls.A large build up of limescale was on the spout of the kitchen tap.The kettle had water in on arrival,and had a build up of limescale inside.We couldn't use it and had to boil water in a saucepan.The patio door when fully closed had a gap across the top and let in a draught.The settee was quite heavily stained,and the cushions had dog hairs on them.There wasn't a first aid kit ,which is a requirement in any holiday let.No instructions on how to use the electrical items,another requirement.Details of where to find them should be in guest information book.The guest information book I found rather threatening, especially for people with dogs.What should have been a relaxing week was spoilt by these issues.

Great location and lucky with the weather. The cottage had everything it needed for two people including a really comfortable bed. Views were amazing.
