Benefitting from off road parking, this pièce de résistance is hidden away in the enclosed Spa Garden which has a top-of-the-range hot tub and a sauna, as well as seating for al fresco dining. Entering from the hallway into the open plan living area, the chef in the family will be delighted with the kitchen layout and quality of accessories available. The living/dining area is light and airy with a TV, perfect for cosy nights in. With high quality furniture and a deep corner sofa, the seating area is perfect to watch a movie or listen to your favourite tunes from the sonos speaker. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with king-size bed, the other with a double bed. The bathroom with a modern walk in shower completes the picture. The central market square is a focal meeting point where you can find visitors and locals passing the time and enjoying watching the world pass by. The historic city of York and the Dales town of Thirsk are a short drive away, and the seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough are within easy reach. Fabulous location, 5 minute walk into Helmsley Market Place. House was warm and clean when we arrived and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Hot tub and sauna were fantastic addition. Would highly recommend.
