We stayed here in early October, and found the cottage very easily via the details given The cottage reasonable well equipped for a larger family, a dishwasher would be a great addition! The views overlooking lock long are amazing ,with a massive array of wildlife on display including seals , porpoises, and the very rare nuthatch. The local area has pub within very easy walking distance, and for those that fancy a great challenge, Carrick castle is a 14 mile round trip . The local bus service is great , running once a hour to Dunoon , this takes around 45mins

Fantastic bungalow on the waters edge.Amazing views.Very clean and well equipped. We have been to Argyll and Bute 3 times and love this location. Great cafe not far away and access vi's ferries to many destinations. One small thing I would add would be a dishwasher. There is room for a slim line one by the sink. Most places come with dishwasher as standard and most people have one at home.Would definitely like to revisit. We also had amazing weather.Hot and sunny.
