Warm, comfortable and quiet - just what we wanted. Very dog friendly with a huge enclosed field to exercise our dogs, they loved it. We will be back

We arrived in the dark and quite late @ 8pm but were greeted and made to feel welcome straight away. The only confusion was that we had dogs with us which he wasn't expecting and we had to pay extra for them I am sure when I booked I informed you I had dogs and the extra cost wasn't mentioned and he hadn't been informed. We had a brilliant week otherwise exploring the locality which is stunning and would definitely recommend it to others. The other thing I should mention is bring your own tea/coffee/milk, etc. as it isn't supplied and the nearest shop is around 4 miles away. Luckily we arrived in our campervan so had supplies on board!

The scenery was beautiful both to the left and to the right of us . John the owner was very helpful sharing his knowledge of the surrounding area , and just being a really nice helpful man . we both enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return and visit again in the future
