One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor which also has stunning bay views from the window. Finishing the ground floor, is the single bedroom and bathroom with bath and WC.

Upstairs is the fabulous master double bedroom. It doubles up as a second lounge with a further wood burner and sofa. The shower room completes the interior of the property.

The lounge has a door leading out to a cosy balcony with seating, a lovely spot for a morning coffee while watching the boats come and go in the calming waters. Outside and to the rear of the property is a shared courtyard with seating, where you can enjoy a glass of wine, al fresco dining or simply soak up the sun with a good book.
