Situated on the banks of the River Devon on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Dollar nestling at the foot of the Ochil hills, Devin Lodge provides a luxurious base for guests regardless of their requirements. Whether it’s an activity-based holiday or just a ‘chill out ‘you’ll be hard pressed to find a better location. This area is a dream for pet lovers, walkers and cyclists. There are few areas which encompass the diversity of this location.
The lodge comes complete with fishing rights for the River Devon which is well stocked with trout, and also prime site to witness the annual spectacle of salmon returning to their breeding grounds via the weir some 100 yards upstream from the lodge, normally around October. The area also has an abundance of golf courses within a 15-minute drive and is only 15 miles from the incomparable Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort.
The village itself provides every amenity required from pubs and a restaurant, to a delicatessen and shops, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lodge. The lodge is presented to the highest standard throughout and comprises a large spacious living/dining area and a large kitchen fully equipped with every possible requirement catered for. There are two bedrooms including the principle bedroom which has a kingsize double with en-suite, whilst the second bedroom is fitted as a twin. The bathroom comes with both a bath and shower. The large decking area has a barbecue, sun loungers and seating with coffee tables. So, whether it’s an energetic holiday or just time to recharge your batteries with a barbecue and a glass or two, there’s no better way than a visit to Devin lodge. Beautiful lodge in the most stunning location. Extremely dog friendly, they had bowls, blankets, and treats ready for our dog. Also wine and snacks for the humans! Everything you need in the lodge and it's so spacious. The deck faces down to the river which is lovely to sit and listen to and see some wildlife. Really friendly people in the surrounding lodges too. A lovely 15 minute walk into town with dog friendly pubs and shops. A longer walk along the river brings you to Tillicoultry where there's a shopping outlet. We spent a week here and didn't want to go home.

We had a brilliant few days at Devin Lodge ! Beautiful situation ,everything provided , local pub does great food , good walks for our dog , owners very nice ,came and introduced themselves and asked if all was ok

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful, clean and well equipped lodge. Situated right on the river Devon with stunning views. Christine and David were very pleasant and helpful, and the welcome basket was much appreciated.
