Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and boasts magnificent views over the estuary, with the majestic Criffel mountain providing a striking backdrop. Outside, you can enjoy a morning coffee in the small seating area at the front or unwind in the rear garden after a day of adventure. Glencaple is the ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of Dumfries and Galloway.     Difficult to fault. Facilities and location excellent. It was just the garden that let it down being shared with next door which was not ideal for our dogs.
