The second, slightly smaller lounge space also features a handy collection of board games that the whole family will love when there’s nothing good on the TV. There’s space to get stuck into these games in the kitchen/diner with a generously proportioned dining table in the conservatory-style space. The kitchen is equipped with ample worktops and all of the required appliances to cook up something tasty, and there’s also a Smart TV and a sofa in here to create another excellent space to socialise in. Before you head upstairs, notice the handy ground-floor utility room with laundry facilities, a downstairs WC, and a full-sized family bathroom.

When it’s time for bed, find all four of the property’s bedrooms on the first floor. Each one is as comfortable as the last with fresh linens and natural light.
