BroadReaches is a comfortable clean accommodation with a fantastic view .We have had a lovely relaxed holiday this year but as we know the area well we can recommend the accommodation for it’s close proximity to many beautiful places such as Kellie castle, Cambo Gardens and St Andrews. On a practical note there are also supermarkets near and lots of nice places to eat .We hope to return to BroadReaches next year .

Loved the location, with an uninterrupted sea view. Property is very clean and has a great front garden which my grandson loved for practising his football skills.Another bonus is the private parking. My only slight fault was the lingering smoky odour coming from the wood burner, which we did not use, which was noticeable every time we entered the property from outside and the lack of hand towels of which there was only one.Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Broad Reaches if you're looking for a relaxing, quiet holiday.

This was a great place to stay. The view was wonderful and to be able to sit and watch the tide come in and out with a cuppa was fab. Beds very comfortable, good facilities and appreciated the on site parking. Wonderful to be able to stroll up the beach to the pub.
