All Thermostats set to ten or frostmark and it took 36 hours for heat pump to warm up the rooms via the underfloor heating. No secondary heating. Second double bedroom cramped and adjacent to cupboard with pump running all night longVery nice welcome pack milk, bread, jam, cakes etc but no butter .....Well equipped but frustrating eg WIFI directions are to "see router" however there are two! The one you see at the front door is not it. The one you want is in a cupboard! You will find the bins across the rear garden and through a gate but difficult to open as grass is so long.
