On arrival at the property, off-road parking makes unloading your car simple, and a spacious entrance hall greets you, with a handy washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. On the first floor lies the social hub of the home, complete with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Take advantage of the facilities and concoct a delicious meal the whole family can enjoy in the kitchen area, before dining with your loved ones at the dining table for four. The skylight allows plenty of light into the space, while the sitting area creates a comforting space to unwind while watching a film on the Smart TV after a day of adventures. Back on the ground floor, catch some rest in one of two bedrooms, a double or a twin, and then freshen up in the shower room ahead of another day of exploring. The property is conveniently located amongst tremendous views, making it a haven for walkers; just a short walk away is Neptune's Staircase, built by Thomas Telford and the longest staircase lock along the Caledonian Canal and in Britain.

Caol, pronounced "cool," is a picturesque lochside town nestled between Fort William and the Gulvain mountain range. The Caledonian Canal, which runs through the village's north-west corner and provides an easy access to adjacent sights such as Caol Beach, Neptune's Staircase, and Old Inverlochy Castle, is famed for its magnificent vistas of the surrounding mountain ranges. There are two takeaways, Sammy's Fish & Chip Shop and The Golden River Takeaway, as well as The Lochy, a traditional bar and restaurant, and a neighbouring convenience shop where you can fill up on basics. The popular town of Fort William is within easy driving distance of the town, and it is here that you will find additional attractions and outdoor activities such as the famed Ben Nevis, Steall Waterfall, and a plethora of museums and visitor centres.
