Guests say

The Wee Hoose is a well-loved cottage praised for its beautiful, tranquil location and well-equipped nature. Guests appreciate the enclosed garden for dogs, though some small escape gaps were noted. The cottage offers stunning views, a warm atmosphere, and is ideal for exploring Northern Scotland. A welcome pack adds a thoughtful touch, and while some minor cleaning oversights were mentioned, the overall experience is highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

The cottage is generally well-received for its cleanliness, with guests finding it clean and well equipped. However, one review mentioned some areas were missed during cleaning, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is consistently praised for its stunning views, tranquility, and proximity to local walks and towns. It serves as a great base for exploring Northern Scotland, contributing to its high rating.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with large rooms and a cosy atmosphere. One guest mentioned low ceiling lights being problematic for taller individuals, but overall, the comfort level is highly regarded.

The cottage is considered well-equipped by guests, with a special mention of a welcome pack. Some concerns were raised about garden security for dogs and a non-functioning satellite, indicating some areas need attention.

While guests have mentioned a welcome pack, which indicates thoughtfulness, there is not enough information to guarantee such amenities for future guests. Therefore, the score is set to null, and guests should note that such gifts are a bonus rather than a certainty.

A well equipped comfortable cottage in a delightful location. The only concern being that the garden, although enclosed, is far from secure for smaller determined dog escapees.

A lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Very dog friendly with secure fencing and laid to lawn. Slightly low ceiling lights created problems for my partner (6 ft 3 inches). All told we would love to return for another holiday there.

Lovely cottage in a quiet secluded village. Stunning views and a large enclosed garden for the dogs. The cottage is well equipped with large rooms. The welcome pack was superb. This was our second visit and we loved it.
