We have had an amazing two weeks at North Lodge. It’s a wonderful cottage, tucked away in a quiet corner but with lots of places close by. A few minutes outside Muir of Ord, which has a well stocked Co-op and a lovely tearoom. Beauly is less than ten minutes away, with lots of amenities, and Inverness is only 15 minutes away. The cottage itself is lovely and very modern. The bathroom has been renovated since our last visit and is very nice. Our only issue we found was the double bed was uncomfortable, but Mr Millar had no hesitation in providing a mattress topper to address our issue. The Millar’s are wonderful hosts and it is a great place to stay.

The cottage was really clean, comfortable and warm. The outside area is perfect for a dog, our dog loved the enclosed garden. Parking right next to the property was easy to access when bringing luggage in and outDirections were exact, really nice and quiet.

A beautifully restored and maintained cottage in a lovely setting - so quiet, yet not remote. Hosts are perfect - there if you need them, and friendly but in the background. Our second stay and there seem to be a lot of repeat visitors - which is not a surprise!
