This traditional farmhouse, sleeping eight, offers two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms upstairs, making it ideal for families or larger groups. Upstairs, a cosy snug provides a perfect retreat for children. Both bathrooms are located on the ground floor, making them accessible for those with limited mobility. Recently renovated, the bathrooms feature walk-in showers and a beautiful roll-top bath for relaxation. The living room, warmed by a wood-burning stove with complimentary logs, creates a cosy atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen with a large wooden table is perfect for family meals. Three of the bedrooms and the living room offer stunning views of Duffus Castle, adding to the farmhouse’s charm.

In the summer months, guests are welcome to use the Estate's grass tennis court free of charge.
