The location is consistently praised for its quietness and proximity to lovely walks and the coast, indicating a high level of satisfaction.
Guests find the house very comfortable, with special mentions of the rooms and equipment, suggesting a high degree of comfort.
While guests are happy with the equipment and mention a welcome box, there is insufficient information on the overall maintenance of facilities to provide a score.

Nice quiet place with lots of local walks starting from the house

The house is very comfortable though knowing that we had logs for one fire we felt that an information sheet letting us know where we could buy logs also information sheet for kitchen appliances. Although the kitchen was very clean the cupboards and drawers were untidy. Also the information given needs to be updated Baxter’s has been closed for about 5 years, the cafe is only open as and when and hotel is now self catering accommodation. All that aside we did enjoy the wonderful walks in the area.
