The end cottage of a terrace of three, in a quiet part of Keith, an agricultural centre on the Whisky Trail, it is approximately 15 miles from the sandy bathing beach at Cullen on the Moray Firth, famed for its sunshine and mild climate. Golf and public swimming pool, 1 mile. Guests also benefit from access to the well-maintained Isla Bank orchard. An ideal holiday base. Shops, hotels and other facilities within 400 metres.

needs a lot of t l c including the garden. Bathroom needs a refit.

The bathroom was not cleaned and you could see the dirt of the former guests, especially in the toilet. It was disgusting.All was just grubby. We wanted to stay one week, but we had left the accommodation after 4 days as we did not want to stay there longer. We had been asked, if everything would be ok and I told him about the toilet at least. The answer was that the cleaning lady did not turn up and he had to do it by himself in a rush. This is definitely not an excuse, sorry but his ruined our first days in Scotland.

Homely old mill workers cottage in a very quiet location and not too far from local shops and Tesco. We did have to inform Mr Davidson that the property hadn't been cleaned. He promptly contacted the cleaners then Mr Davidson and his son went down and cleaned it. He kept us informed and luckily we had family to go to for a short while. Have stayed here before a couple of times and it has always been clean. Personally we are beginning to find getting into a bath for a shower more difficult but that is no fault of the cottage just us getting older. Nice to have a starter pack as well with some being local produce. It is ideal for us to catch up with family.
