Lovely cottage, we were made very welcome by the owners Tony and Sharron, plenty of places to visit and flyfishing on the river Fiddich in the Dufftown area and river Spey at Aberlour.

An absolute gem of a place. So quiet and peaceful. Our son loved feeding the rescued sheep and collecting eggs from the chicken coop. Our German shepherd loved running around in the dog paddock. Only 40 minutes to the coast and some awesome beaches. The countryside around the cottage is very picturesque with Ben Rinnes right there in full view from the upstairs bedroom window. The owners were very nice people and really helpful. Thankyou for an amazing week at Woodside cottage. Hopefully we will be back 😊

A truly beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Total peace and tranquility, because of its setting in the Cairngorms it is away from any busy roads whilst easily accessible.I drove from the cottage a number of times and encountered no more than half a dozen cars in the first hour. The owners are delightful and helpful with many suggestions of places to visit.Amazing wildlife right outside the door and the grounds are perfectly maintained for both humans and wildlife to share. My only suggestion would be that a WiFi connection would be an advantage in the cottage as its poor signal quality in such a remote location is not so good.Otherwise it’s the perfect holiday cottage
