Parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Mont Stewart Cottage is a semi-detached cottage located in the heart of Whiting Bay. It has been renovated to a high standard with many of the original features retained, such as exposed beams and original doors to give it a cosy cottage feel. Guests can enjoy views across Whiting Bay and towards the sea from the ground and first floor rooms , and there is plenty of garden space for all the family to enjoy. This well-equipped cottage is a fantastic place for families and friends to enjoy a great self-catering holiday on Arran. Whiting Bay is only a short walk away (via a steep hill) and has a number of shops, bars and restaurants as well as an attractive sand and pebble beach and play park.

Considering I paid nearly two thousand pounds for my two weeks stay (I was attending a wedding on the Island) I was very disappointed with the standard of the cottage. Decor and furnishings are very dated and tired, compared to other holiday accommodation I visited in Whiting Bay where friends were staying.The cottage is in a lovely location, with nice views over to the sea, and with some lovely places to eat nearby, but it really does need an update.

Lovely cottage, quiet location. Well equipped. Close to walk down to the beach and the centre of the village. We were lucky the weather was fantastic and were able to sit out in the front garden. Easy to travel around the island of Arran from the cottage.

Lovely little place to stay. An easy walk to the beach area and small selection of shops. Lamlash and Brodick only a short drive away. The property was very clean and well equipped with a secure back garden for the dogs. Good communication from the owners.
