Springbank is a well-received holiday cottage in Brodick, praised for its comfortable and well-equipped interiors, fantastic views, and great location near shops and the beach. Guests appreciate the modern and clean environment, comfortable beds, and spacious social areas. Some minor suggestions for improvement include the addition of shower mats, mirrors, and a full-length mirror. The steep hill access and garden may challenge those with mobility issues, but overall, guests are eager to return.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with guests highlighting the modern and clean interior as important to their stay.

The location is highly regarded for its proximity to shops, amenities, and the beach, despite the steep hill which may be a challenge for some.

Guests find the house very comfortable, with special mentions of amazing comfy beds and a great upstairs shower, contributing to a homely feel.

The house is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, and serving bowls. However, guests suggested the addition of a chair, mirrors in bedrooms, a full-length mirror, and possibly an extra bin for waste management.

While guests have made suggestions for additional items that would enhance their stay, there are no mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

Fantastic family house, with exceptional views over the bay.Great social/dining space. Kitchen plenty dishes, glasses, serving bowls etc.Only a couple of small things...Would have been nice to have a chair in 2nd upstairs bedroom beside vanity table. Also a mirror in each room.We were there for a party and there was no full length mirror in property.Also... Possibly a 2nd blue bin? These only get emptied every 2 weeks and it was already half full when we got there.Would definately recommend, amazing comfy beds and a great upstairs showers..We will return

A lovely week on Arran. Great house with a modern & clean interior. A good well maintained interior is important to me when booking a holiday rental. I want to feel comfortable, a home away from home. The house location is great. We loved being able to walk to the shops & taking the dog for walks along the beach to Arran Botanical. It is a rather steep hill up to the house, which some people with mobility issues might find a challenge. Our 3 year old managed the hill ok though. We are already planning our return! 2 very minor but helpful additions to the house would be shower mats & a new rotary clothing dryer for the garden.
