This is a large characterful property in a quiet rural location on a working farm with views and walks from the large front garden which our dog loved. The owners were very helpful. The kitchen, whilst a little dated, is extremely well equipped and crockery, glasses etc are all brand new. Good washer/dryer. Good showers, plentiful hot water and efficient heating. The lounge is very comfortable with large new reclining sofas. The WiFi is typical for a rural area in that it is a little slow. The bedrooms are the crowning glory. Large, light, and airy with excellent beds and new furniture. There is a small shop 2 miles away with a very good tavern 15 minutes drive away. If you want a peaceful holiday away from everything this fits the bill. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were visiting this area.
