Built in a Scandinavian style, the lodge is set within four acres of private gardens, grounds, and woodland which run right up to the water’s edge of the extraordinary Loch Tummel. Most strikingly, the lodge boasts unobscured panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, forests, and Loch Tummel ensuring an unforgettable experience.
With your exclusive and private access to Loch Tummel, guests can enjoy activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and more, or simply unwind by the water’s edge. A hand-built fire pit and barbeque, made from stone sourced on the property, provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining or relaxing around the flames, taking in the beauty of the loch and the surrounding landscape.
For those seeking relaxation, the lodge includes an outdoor Finnish sauna, fully glazed to provide stunning views of the landscape. With the highest quality craftsmanship, it offers the perfect way to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. You can cool off in the outdoor shower or dive directly into the loch to feel the refreshing water on your skin. A wood-burning hot tub also awaits guests, ideal for soaking in the spectacular surroundings, especially under a star-filled sky.
Inside the lodge, the warmth of a log-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, complemented by a selection of books and board games for those quiet moments.

Best holiday yet! We had the most relaxing week here with our dog. I loved watching the bats at dusk, the hot tub and not having to go looking for places to walk the dog. The dog loved the access to the loch, the grounds and just sniffing about all day. The fire pit was also amazing and enjoyed by my OH. Pitlochry is a short drive away and had everything we wanted. Would love to go back

A lovely cosy and comfy lodge located in such a stunning, tranquil setting - the grounds are beautiful with your own access to the loch, and the outdoor sauna and hot tub were great fun. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay (our dog also had the best time), and hope to be back soon.

Perfect for a break away in isolation, but only 15 minutes from Pitlochry and 10 minutes to the A9 for easy access. Everything about this property was excellent, cosy, well equipped and no better location. Ideal if traveling with dogs as they are well catered for with kennels and fully enclosed acres of land. Hot Tub and Sauna add extra luxury. Had the pleasure to meet the owner on arrival (Mark) and he was very welcoming and helpful, thanks for a brilliant week.
