The property’s quirky charm, with space to fit up to 14 people across six bedrooms, adds something special to any reunion. It has all mod cons plus a cinema projector for quieter nights or afternoons in.
As soon as you enter inside this expansive property, you’ll be bowled over by the vast amount of period features that gives it plenty of character. You enter into the property’s roomy hallway which has got so much storage that you don’t have to worry about where to deposit any muddy outdoor clothing that got dirty romping across the glen. Guests will undoubtedly want to relax in the exceptionally comfortable lounge which has more than enough seating for everyone, plus a Smart TV and that cinema projector. For formal meals, there’s a large dining room with a cosy wood burner. The kitchen is a sociable space too, thanks to its own dining area, and it’s so well equipped that whipping up meals will be a breeze. The kitchen even has a butler’s pantry which has some real wow factor with its exposed feature stone walls, and, perhaps more importantly, there’s a wine cooler and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine too. To finish off the downstairs accommodation, there’s a WC plus doors to the outside area which comprises a patio and gardens beyond. Upstairs are six bedrooms. They have an array of layouts and sizes for flexibility. There are two king-size bedrooms, a double, and a twin. There’s a handy family bedroom with a double bed plus two single beds and an en-suite shower room and WC. The last double bedroom has a wonderful feature inglenook and an en-suite shower room. For all other bedrooms, there’s a shower room with WC. When you’re ready for some fresh air, the property’s fully enclosed gardens have plenty of seating areas and a BBQ. Being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can admire the surrounding countryside or even enjoy some stargazing at night.
