Beautiful views across to the Snowdonia mountains can be enjoyed from the conservatory. The island is perfect for nature lovers with superb walking and bird watching opportunities right from the doorstep. A wide range of independent shops, cafés and restaurants are available in the local town of Beaumaris. Fishing and golf is available nearby. For a car free day out, the bus stop is just 55 yards away. Beach 1 mile. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

We had an amazing time at Preswylfa in Llanddona Anglesey. It had everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. It was clean and had plenty of space for us and our 3 dogs.The garden was beautiful and a good size for us and the dogs. There are so many walks available from the cottage which we loved. The Owain Glyndwr pub is within walking distance and we had 2 lovely meals there. The cottage is in an ideal location with so many places within reach. We visited Beaumaris and Menai Bridge which are so easy to drive to. We have booked to return to this beautiful cottage in October.

Really enjoyable break. The cottage is well placed for exploring the island. Nearest shop is a 10 minute drive away, but that was not an issue. Cottage itself is well equipped and all on one level with beautiful enclosed gardens and a patio on two sides. Perfect for us and our dog!

Fantastic quiet cottage, beautiful location, friendly hosts. Unless you are an avid walker or hiker there isn’t much to do but it is what we were looking for. Beaumaris is beautiful and 5 minutes drive away. Host’s dog is bouncy and friendly. Gate is easy but did cut my hand on it (my own fault, nothing hosts could do but to note). Could do with some rugs or carpet somewhere, floors are tiled and cold. Twin beds are child beds, but rather large human made do. Overall quiet and calming holiday, would recommend for those looking to unwind.
