A spacious, detached cottage, located down a long drive, next to the owners 150-acre dairy heifer rearing farm, with a slightly elevated aspect in the pleasant village of Llanfaethlu, near Church Bay, Anglesey. Offering stunning views both inside and out of the surrounding countryside and distant views of the bay, this Llanfaethlu cottage makes the perfect base for family and friends wishing to explore the north coast of Anglesey. This Anglesey cottage is eco-friendly, using the latest in Biomass heating technology and solar electric panels with underfloor heating, and boasts four stylish bedrooms, one offering an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom, where a Jacuzzi bath provides the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring the island, plus there is also a convenient ground floor wet room.

Lovely accommodation as described. There was a problem with the heating which was unfortunate but unavoidable, however the owner supplied us with plenty of logs for the wood burner and there were indepentant heated towel rails. The Owner was very kind and kept in touch with us to ensure we were alright

The home had everything you could wish for down to washer/dryer to jacuzzi bath to a great bluetooth speaker, and a very well equipped kitchen. The place was spotless and we found it very easy to keep clean. We had the ensuite bedroom, which had a great shower and again, the views when you rolled up the blind were fantastic. Einion was very welcoming and friendly, the few times I texted him he texted back within minutes. We will definitely be back again and we were very sad to leave.

The property is as description and photo's and we had good comms with the owner. We found the property well equipped for our needs. The downstairs has large spacious rooms. The enclosed garden was secure for our dogs. Good base to explore whole of the isle.
