Surrounded by beautiful countryside with glorious views over meadows, hills and woodlands, this delightful terraced cottage, skilfully converted from a former farm building, offers a charming base for exploring the island of Anglesey. Comfortably furnished and enjoying a private patio and shared use of the lawned grounds, it stands at the end of a private country lane adjacent to the owner’s home on a working farm just a mile from the small village of Bodedern with its village and shop.
Within easy reach are great sandy and surfing beaches as well as a host of attractions including Sea World, Beaumaris Castle, a racing circuit and lovely boat rides to watch puffins or to fish. Dotted with prehistoric monuments and with its entire coastline an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Anglesey is a paradise for both walkers and bird watchers. Day trips to Snowdonia, with its myriad of outdoor pursuits and magnificent mountain scenery, and Ireland are easily achieved.

We had an amazing week between Christmas and New Year in Ysgubor Myfi, accommodation was cosy, very clean, warm and very comfortable. Located pretty much central on the island so easy to get to anywhere. We did venture out a few days but relaxed for a couple of days and it was so peaceful and the air seemed pure, just what the doctor ordered.We have been to Anglesey many times and this was by far the best accommodation we have been to. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ysgubor Myfi. This was improved all the more by the excellent weather. The host, Janice was very helpful. The accommodation was spot on with all required amenities. The only thing lacking was an enclosed garden for our dog, however on reading the comments in the visitors book, this could have been made possible if we had raised this with Janice. We will be returning!
