The property's location is appreciated for its quiet setting and proximity to local attractions and beaches. While it is noted that a car is needed to explore, the convenience and peacefulness of the location are well-received.

We are able to have the dog with us. It is in a quiet location within a small cul-de-sac of similar properties. This is our third visit but the first time in a December. The most delightful touch was the house was decorated for Christmas.
