Nant-yr-Rhedyn is a spacious, beautifully decorated cottage ideal for large family gatherings and celebrations. Guests consistently praise its generous living areas, comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and proximity to the beach and local pubs. The hot tub and outdoor spaces are popular highlights. While some guests noted issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and communication, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return. The property offers a memorable and relaxing retreat in a stunning location.
Most guests found the property clean and well-presented, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. However, several reviews mention areas needing a deep clean, such as kitchen items, under furniture, and cobwebs. Some guests had to rewash dishes or found leftover items from previous stays. Cleanliness is generally good but can be inconsistent.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, proximity to Red Wharf Bay, and easy access to beaches and local pubs. Some guests found the property slightly further from the beach than expected or had difficulty finding it, but overall, the setting is considered excellent for exploring Anglesey.
Guests consistently highlight the comfort of the beds, spaciousness of the house, and the welcoming atmosphere. The property easily accommodates large groups without feeling cramped, and the lounge and kitchen are favourite gathering spots. Minor issues with heating and stairs for those with mobility concerns were noted but did not detract from overall comfort.
The property is very well-equipped, with a large kitchen, ample seating, hot tub, and play areas for children. Some maintenance issues were reported, such as the dishwasher, oven, and hot tub controls, but owners were generally responsive. Facilities are extensive, though a few appliances may need updating.
Guests appreciated quick responses from owners when contacted and thoughtful touches like child gates and well-stocked kitchens. However, communication was sometimes inconsistent, and no mention of gifts was found. Please note that any special touches or gestures are not guaranteed.

I was ideal for our family ( of 9 adults and 5 children 3 to 12) to celebration of my 75 th birthday. There were numerous rooms for all ages to relax in. Plenty activities for the grandsons to amuse themselves with from a focking horse, table football and even a medieval tent in one of the childrens bedrooms. More than enough washrooms and toilets on all floors also ensuites. The dining room was large enough for us all and the kitchen was spacious and superbly equiped with crockery, cutlery and utensils. The hot tub outside was a great way of cooling down in last weeks heat wave. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone who likes the beaches on Angelsey and a relaxing and memorable break and or holiday .

The lounge was my favourite place, perfect spot for the family to be together. The hot tub is great and the location to the beach and nearby pubs is perfect. My only negatives would be the smell coming from the brook in the garden, whilst sat outside you would get a really strong whiff which was unpleasant. Also maybe a bigger sign on the house or a what 3 words location as all of our party drove past the house trying to find it.

All facilities good but there were minor, fixable , problems. Bedside light unusable (wiring), toilet flush in top bedroom not 100%, a sink wouldnât drain as normal and some other niggles. Unsure if the hot tub had been refreshed, change of filter needed and no response to message left. Third time visit to the house and we all had a great time , just fix the minor issues
