Guests consistently praise Minnehaha for its immaculate condition, stunning location, and cosy ambience. The cottage's proximity to the beach and coastal paths is highly valued, offering direct access to scenic walks and views. While most find the property comfortable and well-equipped, a few guests noted the bed's comfort and the sofa as areas for improvement. The thoughtful touches, such as a welcome bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, contribute to the property's charm, although such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.
The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotlessly clean' and 'well maintained'. The bedding and towels are also noted as being of a high standard.
The location is exceptional, with guests frequently highlighting the cottage's proximity to the beach, the stunning views, and the ease of access to coastal paths. The picturesque setting is a standout feature.
Comfort receives a slightly lower score due to mixed feedback. While many guests found the bedding warm and comfortable, others mentioned the bed and pillows were not to their liking, and the sofa was uncomfortable during longer periods.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property described as well-equipped and cosy, especially with the log burner. However, some guests suggested improvements such as a higher-powered shower and more comfortable seating.
While the reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with the thoughtfulness of the property, including mentions of a welcome bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, these gifts are not guaranteed for every guest, and not enough information is provided to score this category accurately.

An extra pillow each would be nice and a firmer bed but itâs hard to please all with beds soft v firm. Such a lovely location and cottage was such a calming and cute space to be in. Lovely walks, view out front and local pub too. Enjoy future guests. :)
Marc
Perfect size for the 2 of us and a black lab, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of beach and costal walks were enjoyed as well as a few drinks in the local dog friendly pub. We will hopefully be back.
Tessa
Lovely little cottage, our third time there No real complaints but the heated towel rail only worked on the last day It would help if there was internet but went to the pub to use theirs Generally a great week
