Guests say

Guests consistently praise the Grooms Quarters at Pant y Gaseg Farm for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. The property's setting offers beautiful views and a peaceful countryside experience, with the added charm of horses on the farm. The host's thoughtfulness and attentiveness contribute to a memorable stay, with special mentions of a warm welcome including Prosecco and Welsh cakes.

Reviewers frequently highlight the property's immaculate condition, noting its spotlessness and the high standard of cleanliness. The property was especially well-prepared for the first visitors post-lockdown.

The property is appreciated for its quiet countryside setting, with easy access to local amenities and attractions such as the Brecon Beacons. Its central location is ideal for day trips, although some may find it a bit remote.

The property is lauded for its comfort, with spacious rooms and ample bathrooms ensuring that even large groups feel relaxed. Some minor comments about noise levels and mattress comfort slightly affect the score.

While guests mention thoughtful touches like Prosecco and Welsh cakes upon arrival, as these gifts are not consistently referenced across all reviews, it cannot be guaranteed that such gestures are a standard offering for every stay.

We went as group for a family Christmas holiday so that we could all be together and it was excellent. The bedrooms are massive to accommodate travel cots etc and plenty of bathrooms. All the facilities you would need under one roof in an idyllic setting. The property is nice and warm even though its really big and has underfloor heating. The host is lovely and welcoming. Definitely going to book again.

Huw the owner was fantastic and it really helped that this property truly is a home from home with everything you would expect and much more. The bedrooms are huge, the kitchen is amazing and the WiFi is fantastic. The laundry room was a big help too. Everything with this property is to an extremely high standard.

We had a baby, a toddler, two dogs and 9 adults in our party. The house is beautifully furnished and we couldn't really fault anything. The only issue we had was that there was an ironing board but no iron! Luckily we had brought one from home but to future holidaymakers, you may like to note this. Huw the owner of the property was on hand very easily for any help or advice. Lovely, friendly guy who is clearly very proud of his holiday home. We enjoyed seeing the horses everyday too. Shame about the very mixed weather but we had an absolutely lovely family holiday and would gladly visit again. Thank you Huw
