This well-presented annexe apartment, Cwtch Cowin, rests on the edge of Bancyfelin in Carmarthenshire, attached to the owners' home. Well-equipped with a ramped entrance and wet room facility, this property is ideal for those with limited mobility, along with handy off-road parking. This pet-friendly Bancyfelin cottage has a double bedroom with fantastic views over the countryside, an open-plan living area including a kitchen with a dining table and inviting sofa and chair from which to enjoy the stunning views across the garden. The owners have sectioned off part of their large lawned garden to enable guests a private outdoor space of their own for enjoying al fresco drinks and dining, while part of the garage opposite the property offers guests a utility area. With countryside walks from the doorstep and the famous Wales Coast path only a short drive away, the cottage is a perfect base for walkers and cyclists. Make your way to the coast for a day at the seaside; the popular resort of Saundersfoot is home to a lovely beach and harbour and a good selection of eateries. Carmarthen is also a must with its shopping centre, cinema and an array of tea rooms, restaurants and pubs, all just a few miles away. Culture vultures, visit Merlin's Hill Centre, take a steam railway ride or explore ancient castles, or for the thrill seekers, spend a day at Oakwood Theme Park before heading home to enjoy this welcoming Bancyfelin holiday cottage.
