A quaint village cottage in the small hamlet of Capel Iwan in the undulating countryside of Carmarthenshire, close to the popular and thriving market town of Newcastle Emlyn with a selection of independent and antique shops and various little places to eat. The cottage is a perfect retreat for couples or small families looking to explore the fabulous local countryside, yet being close to a bustling small town and just twelve miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of West Wales. Set over two floors, there are two cosy bedrooms with a family bathroom. This is a deceptively spacious property with lovely character features and with plenty of room to relax, with a well-equipped kitchen opening out onto the patio and a spacious dining area leading through to a cosy sitting room where you can snuggle up in front of the TV.
