Whilst the location is great unfortunately for us the lack of any private garden space was disappointing. Particularly on a warm evening being able to sit and enjoy the space would have been a treat. Unfortunately being able to hear our hosts through the partition but having no actual contact with them was a little disconcerting.Due to the lack of general cleanliness in the property and privacy we were reluctant to try the hot tub.

Booked this as we were looking for one with a hot tub. On arrival we noticed the hot tub was actually at the end of owners garden ,hot tub lid was tatty and was not attached which meant it was heavy to move and put back on after using ,we only used the tub twice and both times looked up to see the owners so decided against it. Not private at all !! Where we stayed had a very strong damp smell which was a shame because it was actually a really lovely place but needed some TLC ,loo seat was loose ,no pint glasses / no decent wine glasses .Oven needs a good clean along with cupboards.Worktops were sticky .Blinds needed cleaning along with windows.There were no details of recycling or where to put dog bags .The walls are thin you could hear everything next door .It just didn't feel private We still made the most of the area which was stunning especially Tenby and Carmarthenshire.We would go back to the area but not here .

Needs an overhaul/TLC. Kitchen window no handle toilet seat does not fit and loose blind in bedroom does not work chipped crockery freezer draw broken. Needs an upto day house pack not a sheet of paper. Welcome pack did not look like the photo. You can hear everything going on next door only a door separated the property. Hot tub not private overlooked by other property. No washing machine or bbq as mentioned.
