The location is perfect. Stunning views. 1 hour drive away from anywhere in south Wales. The local town is lovely with plenty of things to do and little moochy places. Castles. Gardens.. the accommodation was spotless l. Comfortable. And having an electric car charger was a good send. Hot tub and gym too and Caroline and Jeremy was very welcoming. And helpfull Caroline baked us fresh Welsh cakes (unreal) and fresh baked bread when we arrived. and recommended plenty of places for us to visit. Highly recommend this place. Will be booking again next time we go to south wales

We recently stayed West Barn and had such a peaceful and relaxing break. The views were beautiful, and the surrounding area is spectacular with plenty to see and do within a reasonable driving distance.Caroline and Jeremy were great hosts, helpful, welcoming, and responsive to any queries we had. The cottage itself had excellent facilities and we especially loved the corner bath and hot tub.A really lovely place to unwind and enjoy the countryside. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful week in West Barn, on arrival we were greeted by the owners & shown around. They had made us fresh bread, milk, butter & eggs from their chickens. The barn is something special, with fantastic views & facilities you can spend the whole week in or use it as a base to visit the wonderful countryside. They haven't scrimped on quality either, all of the furnishings are top notch. I had the best night's sleep for ages there.We are definitely planning to go again as we really enjoyed our stay.
